Avery J. Mayne works with clients to resolve a variety of legal concerns pertaining to divorce, adult guardianships, special needs and long-term care planning. She concentrates her practice in family law, elder law and guardianship. Avery earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with honors, from the University of Missouri and received her J.D. from Marquette University.
Avery is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar of Illinois, the Association of Women Lawyers, and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, for which she is the Membership Services Director for the Milwaukee Chapter. She is a volunteer for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, Milwaukee Justice Center, and the Wills for Heroes Foundation. Law School along with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
