Business Valuation Manager™ Pro Hands-on Clinic—Using the Report Writer

A hands on clinic where different exercises will be completed. Attendees will follow along on their own system. Exercises include Styles (Word), copy and paste from other documents into the report, insert commands, edit pictures, Word tables, page and section breaks, and creating a template from an attendee's own report.

Learning Objectives:

After completing this session, attendees will be able to:

• Manipulate reports even faster
• Identify how Microsoft Word technology is integrated with report writer technology
• Create templates from their own reports

Who Should Attend:

Anyone who uses or would like to use the ValuSource Report Writer.

Program Level and Prerequisites:

Basic: Learning activity level most beneficial to individuals new to a skill or an attribute.

Advanced Preparation:

While not necessary if attendees just want to see the exercises, they should bring their laptop with the software loaded to follow along.

A hands on clinic where different exercises will be completed. Attendees will follow along on their own system. Exercises include changing the font of the analysis sheet (all of it fast), adding charts to an analysis file, adding worksheets to an analysis file, creating an analysis template, see how data is downloaded to the analysis file, resetting page settings, using the detail discounted cash flow, how the DCF models are different, and others.

After completing this session, attendees will be able to:

• Manipulate analysis files with ease
• Identify how Microsoft Excel technology is integrated with Business Valuation Manager Pro technology
• Create templates from their own models
